Had a windshield replaced today for a car I bought for my son. Greg was on time, professional and did a great job. Price was great also. Would use in the future.

Great service and excellent comunication. Good pricing too (I did not go through my insurance company). I am a repeat customer having had a few flying drbris/ rock holes repaired at the Mentor location over the years and most recently having a full windshield replacement this time with Akron . Our service tech was Greg, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Job was quickly. Highly recommend this Veteran owned business. 🇺🇸❤️

Great experience overall. Customer service was super understanding when I needed to change my original appointment, which I really appreciated. They showed up right when they said they would, gave an accurate arrival window, and had my windshield replaced in about an hour. Quick, easy, and stress-free—definitely recommend.

Paid for the replacement wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I should have paid more for a professional replacement from a professional company. Edit: after posting my review for them stuffing a windshield I see this is an on going practice. Also clearly it wasn’t just a “photo op” since it is July 8, 2025 I just watched the tech do it. And furthermore the dismissal of bad practices a
